To keep phurnacite coal from burning, you should store it in a cool and dry place, away from any sources of heat or ignition. You can also use moisture-absorbing materials to help keep it dry.

Phurnacite can burn for up to 18 hours in a quality burner, with little waste and very low amounts of ash.

Phurnacite is made from pulverised anthracite, mixed with other ingredients and binding agents to create a low-smoke solid fuel suitable for domestic use. This coal contains 15% renewable content.
